Visiativ Spare Parts offers several levels of access rights for users connected to the platform. These rights can be assigned when inviting a person to join Spare Parts and can be modified later if necessary. Here are the different access rights:
- Content Manager: This role allows a person to import products via the SmartConnector, structure the online product catalog, add documents and information about products, and publish products.
- Account Manager: This role allows a person to manage invitations for internal company personnel and define the company's customers and resellers, as well as associated contacts. People with this role can navigate the public product catalog.
- Viewer: This role gives a person read access to the product catalog, whether public or private. External individuals (customers or resellers) with this role will have access to public product catalogs.
- Configuration Manager: This role gives a person the ability to set the default language of the platform, define the manufacturer branding and set up home screens.
These different permissions allow for precise control over who has access to certain information and functionalities on the Spare Parts platform.
