Spare Parts allows you to provide personalised access to the catalogue for your external community of customers and resellers.

Your customers and resellers can consult the products published on the platform in public mode .


People logged into the application have the ability to manage customers and resellers if they have account management rights.

To be able to invite new users to the platform, your application manager must assign you the Account Manager. role. More details on roles here.

People with management rights will be able to create and modify the customer and reseller directory:

The Customers menu gives you access to the list of clients defined in the platform, with the number of users declared per client.

Spare Parts lets you define organisations outside your company that correspond to your customers and/or resellers.

To do this, you can create a new customer using the dedicated button:

Update customer details

Use the context menu to edit a customer, displaying the customer card with the following editable fields: Name, Registered name, Code.
