Adding new users to the Spare Parts application is done through an invitation from the application.
Invited individuals then receive an invitation email allowing them to set up their identity with Visiativ Identity and access the Spare Parts application.
As an account manager, you can invite people to access Spare Parts and interact with your company's product catalog.
To invite people to Spare Parts:
From the home page, click on the Accounts entry in the left sidebar.

You will access the list of invitations.
Click on the Invite button from this view to invite your colleagues.
You must then provide the following information:

The invited person will receive the invitation in the email address specified in the form.
The dashboard allows you to track invitations sent and received by your colleagues.
