Adding new users to the Spare Parts application is done through an invitation from the application.

Invited individuals then receive an invitation email allowing them to set up their identity with Visiativ Identity and access the Spare Parts application.

Inviting people to Spare Parts

As an account manager, you can invite people to access Spare Parts and interact with your company's product catalog.

To invite people to Spare Parts:

1. From the home page, click on the Accounts entry in the left sidebar.

   

   You will access the list of invitations.

2. Click on the Invite button from this view to invite your colleagues.

3. You must then provide the following information:

   • Guest type: choose Collaborator
   • Company: enter the name of your company.
   • Roles: choose the role(s) to assign to this person. More information on profile management, here.
   • The Email used to receive the invitation.
   • Their personal information: Last name, First name and the default Language of the invitation.

1. You can send the invitation using the Send invitation button.

The invited person will receive the invitation in the email address specified in the form.

Tracking invitation status

The dashboard allows you to track invitations sent and received by your colleagues.

You can thus monitor the status of each invitation at any time and see its status:

• Pending: The invitation has been sent but your colleague has not yet connected to the application. The person has 7 days to use the invitation link contained in the email before the invitation expires.
• Expired: The person received the invitation but did not connect within 7 days. The invitation link has expired and you will need to resend an invitation for this person to be able to connect to the application.
• Accepted: The person has received the invitation email and has connected to the application. They are therefore identified as a user of the application.
