During onboarding, new users, both internal and external to the company, are guided through Visiativ Identity to define their identity for the application.
The main steps to register through Visiativ Identity are as follows:
The user receives the invitation email sent by the platform's account manager. This email contains the unique activation link to register online. It is valid for 7 days.
The user activates the registration link contained in the invitation email and begins their registration journey on the platform through Visiativ Identity:
You access a welcome page from the invitation link contained in the email. You can start your registration on the platform by clicking the Start button.
The terms and conditions of use are accessible via the Terms and Conditions link.
The account creation phase is handled by Visiativ Identity.
