The Visiativ Spare Part Catalog application allows you to create and enhance your own lists of product or equipment components. From a list, you can find all the components you have added in their product context. You can then share the contents of your lists by exporting them in text format.

View a component lists

You can view all your lists at any time from the menu located in the header of the page. At a glance, you can identify empty lists and export lists with components.

For each list, you can view all the components it contains. You can choose how you want to view your components: flat or grouped by product context.

Create a new list

There are two ways to create a new list in Spare Parts.

1- From the lists menu

Create a new list from the action button available when no lists exists

Define a name to create the list

Use the create list action button, and define a name to create the list

2-From a component

The action to add a component to a list also offers the list creation feature. Click on the New List button to create and add your component directly to your new list.

All components visible from the product nomenclature navigation can be added to a component list. To do this, simply use the add to list button and click on the desired list.

From the list menu, you can perform the following actions: ⦁ Export the contents of your list: The export action is available from the list menu or from the details of a list.
